okay, so i just read leena's blog. :X

this is what happens.. when Raffles left Farquhar, to go to some other place, and then he came back, and found S'pore the opposite of how he wanted it to be and got mad at Farquhar.
Farquhar:"Where'd you go? I miss you so..."
Raffles:"Because of you! I never stray too far from the sidewalk!"
Farquhar:"Since you've been gone! I can't breathe for the first time!!"

Raffles and a Farquhar were walking out of this forest. Then they spotted this island opposite.
R: What's the name of that grotty island?
F: I don't know!
Then raffles sees this Malay woman and says:
R: OH LOOK! FOREIGNERS! HEY! HI! WHAT'S THE NAME OF THAT GROTTY LITTLE ISLAND? *points to that island*
The woman didn't understand and asked in Malay,
W: What?
R: *rolls eyes* WHAT IS THE NAME OF THAT LITTLE GROTTY ISLAND?!
W: What do you want? (In Malay)
R (very slowly): WHAT-IS-THE-NAME-OF-THAT-FREAKING-GROTTY-ISLAND??!
Just then, a Punjabi man runs up to the malay and steals the clothes that she was washing!

-basically showing off the characters in their new costumes.
episode two. " akatsuki makes its move"
-Having become Genin, Konohamaru's team is assigned to Ebisu and carrying out D-Rank missions. Konohamaru really doesn't want to do them, and his argumentativeness reminds Iruka of Naruto long ago. In the midst of all this, Jiraiya and Naruto return to Konoha from their training journey, Jiraiya bringing top-secret information stating that Akatsuki are beginning to make their move.
episode three " results of the training "
-Kakashi can sense Naruto and Sakura's development, and decides to use his Sharingan. Sakura, as a medical ninja, has also inherited Tsunade's killer techniques, and she and Naruto chase after Kakashi. Meanwhile, a member of Akatsuki, Deidara, begins to infiltrate the Sand Village.
[HECK YEAH ! DEIDARA APPEARS!]
episode four "jinchuuriki of the sand"
-Gaara discovers Deidara's infiltration and the two begin to battle, a fierce air battle with Deidara on a massive bird and Gaara on his sand. All the while, thanks to the machinations of Yuura, a member of the Sand Village who has become Akatsuki's subordinate, the village is thrown into chaos. Meanwhile, in Konoha, Naruto and Sakura's survival test continues. With dawn as their time limit, the two begin to make their strategy.
thats all for now. so basically theyre getting on to the main plot. but they added in bits here and there.
i wonder if the anime shippuden naruto will have a jiraiya-like alter ego. freaky. haha.but highly possible.
they showed a lead up to shippuden in 220. ino asks sakura to bring her to tsunade. so she can train to be a medic too.
and there was this bit where tenten was sparring with lee and shouting madly at him cause she was the only one who was left out of the mission. then lee got distracted and tenten kicked his face. poor lee.
haha. anyway. temari looks great! and konohamaru. HE LOOKS NICE LAAA. XD
cant wait to see NEJI!

haha. Swim carn heats and mass swim on 14th.
SHIPPUDEN! on fifteenth.
CNY celebrations on 16th.
CNY 18-19 th.
Been fallign asleep in classes lately.
argh. even though ive been dumping caffeine into my system.
better cut down before NAG.
At least Ive been surviving maths.
History is FUN. and geog..
my geog is DYING.
Lit's pretty interesting though.

i'm having a sudden fascination about vampires.
and started reading vampire mangas.
haha. like Vampire Knight. and Trinity Blood.

To Kill A Mockingbird
If theres any book character that i respect,
it's Atticus Finch.
hands down.
That guy's got one helluva character.
And the whole Trial bit and stuff was really moving.
espescially those things that he says that makes you realise a whole lot of stuff,
and the feeling you get in your gut when you think about the words and find that you have been like the people in the jury, the people in maycomb, or passed judgement on someone when you barely know them.
Even being biased because of race.
Atticus knew his case would lose, yet he still did his best for Tom.
really not much to say.
except, hats off to you.
yay. 1004 views on DA. skipped the 1000th unfortunately.
1000 more to my goal for new year's resolution.
hopefully ill exceed it

THE BLOWER'S DAUGHTER.
lovely song, full of emotions. fell in love with it after travis danced it on so you think you can dance.
DISCLAIMER : rant post. if it makes you pissed, its your fault for reading. rawr.
anyway if you havnt noticed, my mood's been pretty bad since thursday. if you didn't you probably didnt talk to me, or i stayed away from you. why am i pissed? i dont know. maybe im just sick and tired of doing the same thing over and over again, and not being able to do what i want.
I went for physio rehab on saturday morning. my shoulder was clicking like crazy. i could make it click four times just by rolling it. so sylvia (my physio) helped me ultrasound it, actually both shoulders. then she tried to make me do the excercises, which i couldn't really do because of the pain. believe me, it hurt like shit. thereafter, sylvia helped me to press and release the muscles on my neck and back. you know that spot on your shoulder blade that hurts like hell when pressed properly? the muscle there was super stiff, so she had to press harder, and longer. the worst part is that you dont feel the pain at your shoulder blade, you feel it in the shoulder tendon, which was already crazy painful. Then we attempted to do the excersises again, but i only managed to do one of them. so she pressed my neck for me. which was about just as bad as the shoulder pressing. stayed a total of one hour and fifteen minutes there. according to uncle peng siong, i have two knots at my neck.
went to eat lunch with my dad on the way home. i couldnt even close the car door la. happily eating, until about 3/4 through my ham and mushroom spaghetti, a headache had to hit . dammit. it added to the pain in my neck and shoulder.
vanessa + shoulder pain + headache + neck pain = really pissed off vanessa with zero tolerance level.
if anyone ever dares to say that shoulder injuries aint not big deal or that rehab isnt painful , i will PERSONALLY make sure they injure their own shoulder and let them see how it feels like. the mentel pain's much worse than the physical. believe me.
had a two hour long nap after that. went for tuition then training. ate two ice creams on the way to cool off.
it started raining around 420. cheered me up a bit. celebrated jiao lian's birthday after training, so i tried my best not to be that moody. hahas. aunty cynthia's cooking is really good. the pork ribs pwned. <3
reached home approx around 830. parents went out, so i went online till around midnight. my CRAZY table tian yuan cheered em up a bit with her craziness. and SUAN-ed me so many times. ><
started feeling better after watching a few hanakimi episodes. ahahaha.

DISCLAIMER : rant post. if it makes you pissed, its your fault for reading. rawr.
anyway if you havnt noticed, my mood's been pretty bad since thursday. if you didn't you probably didnt talk to me, or i stayed away from you. why am i pissed? i dont know. maybe im just sick and tired of doing the same thing over and over again, and not being able to do what i want.
I went for physio rehab on saturday morning. my shoulder was clicking like crazy. i could make it click four times just by rolling it. so sylvia (my physio) helped me ultrasound it, actually both shoulders. then she tried to make me do the excercises, which i couldn't really do because of the pain. believe me, it hurt like shit. thereafter, sylvia helped me to press and release the muscles on my neck and back. you know that spot on your shoulder blade that hurts like hell when pressed properly? the muscle there was super stiff, so she had to press harder, and longer. the worst part is that you dont feel the pain at your shoulder blade, you feel it in the shoulder tendon, which was already crazy painful. Then we attempted to do the excersises again, but i only managed to do one of them. so she pressed my neck for me. which was about just as bad as the shoulder pressing. stayed a total of one hour and fifteen minutes there. according to uncle peng siong, i have two knots at my neck.
went to eat lunch with my dad on the way home. i couldnt even close the car door la. happily eating, until about 3/4 through my ham and mushroom spaghetti, a headache had to hit . dammit. it added to the pain in my neck and shoulder.
vanessa + shoulder pain + headache + neck pain = really pissed off vanessa with zero tolerance level.
if anyone ever dares to say that shoulder injuries aint not big deal or that rehab isnt painful , i will PERSONALLY make sure they injure their own shoulder and let them see how it feels like. the mentel pain's much worse than the physical. believe me.
had a two hour long nap after that. went for tuition then training. ate two ice creams on the way to cool off.

so he kiss her on the cheek la.
ahahahaas. so cute ^^
then one of the guys was like " sherwin's first kiss! "
and the girls started laughing like crazy.

Have i ever mentioned how MUCH i really, really really, want COPIC markers?

find em in KINOKUNIYA or ART FRIEND. XD
lets see. they cost around $6 each, sooooo.
12 for $72.
24 for $144.
48 for $288
72 for $432.
insanely expensive, no?
heres the worst part.
THERES 322 COLOURS.
yes, THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY TWO.
for the sketch markers at least.
dont get me started on the other one.
PROS --
they come in three sizes, regular, sketch and wide.
nibs are replaceable.
THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY TWO FREAKING COLOURS.
theyre square, so they dont roll off tables.
refillable. refills are approx the same price as an actual marker.
the cap shows the actual colour.
the clear blender comes in a litre bottle. cost approx $10, refills about 30 times.
CONS --
INSANELY EXPENSIVE.
i shall repeat myself.
12 for $72.
24 for $144.
48 for $288
72 for $432.
and remember,
THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY TWO FREAKING COLOURS.
rather hard to find. theyre japan imports.
and now i talk about PRISMA COLOURS.
PROS.
--175 colors
--Easier to find
--Round so they're comfortable to hold a few in your hand at a time
--Cheaper: 3 dollars a marker
Cons:
--capillary ink feed (the big end gets all the ink and the small end dries out pretty much the first time you use it.
--Not as many colors
--Bad color selection for brown and skin tones
--NOT refillable
--The nibs break and get worn down pretty easily and when they do you're screwed, you have to buy another marker.
--Labels have nothing to do with the color inside it, half the time they're either darker or lighter
--End stickers fall off so you can't tell what it is until you get it out onto the table
--Smellier than Copic
--The black marker is based on brown and doesn't look good with the grey set; it also blends brown and just looks very strange with all the other colors. I have no clue why that is! If you spray it with fixative it will bleed brown.

the new year's come and gone : )
im finally starting to get into the studying mood again.
well, at least MY level of 'studying mode' .
bad news on my shoulder tendons and ligaments.
i wont explain here .
at least theres something to look forward to now : ]
