eheheh. APSC meet was ok .. didnt exactly drown. : ) hahas. alyssa came back. and we totally soaked her. (haha alyssa, haha.) and when i was swimming the 50 m breaststroke race, amanda and serene were running next to me shouting 'go van!' (i was in lane one. *twitch*)
after the races, we were playing in the small pool . hahas. animal concentration. and it was wacky man, wacky.

yeeesh.couldnt sleep the past 3 days. at most 3-4 hours a night.. am i having insomnia or something?? or maybe i think too much. or its just the spare energy from not training for 2 weeks?
